What are the easiest ways to lose fat?
Fat loss can be achieved either by increasing the amount of calories you burn through exercising or by decreasing the amount of calories taken in.

It is important however, that the two should be used hand in hand. If you eat healthier and do your exercises, your metabolic rate will increase. If you however, starve yourself but you do not perform any physical exercises, your metabolism will slow down.

A lower level of intensity exercises means that you will burn less calories. This is the reason why high intensity cardio training is better than a low intensity workout.
