Research has shown that one can look slimmer without having to lose weight. This can be achieved by changing your body image(ie. The way you dress).

The slender look can be achieved in the following ways:
Avoiding horizontal stripes on clothes, especially thick ones.
Wear pin stripes on legs which help to lengthen them.
Do not wear pants that are too short at the bottom. These give you a wider appearance.
Do not wear clothes that are too tight or too baggy.
