What type of exercises are there to reduce fat?

There are different types of exercises that are available and they are different in that they produce different results. Therefore, the type of exercise chosen depends on the ultimate goal.

High Intensity Exercises:
These exercises burn fat at a faster rate and they raise the metabolic rate to a higher level as well. These type of exercises include activities such as short, high intensity aerobic sessions.

Weight lifting workouts and cardio-vascular workouts:
With cardio exercises, fat is burnt during the workout. However, with weight lifting exercises, fat is burnt even after the workout is complete.

Strength training exercises
These type of exercises help you build muscle. This muscle in turn increases the fat burning efficiency of all other exercises that burn fat. With these exercises, you are sure to obtain six pick abs.

These exercises include the following:
Squats: the process of Standing with feet hip-width apart, toes facing straight ahead or angled slightly outward. Then you slowly bend the knees and your lower hips towards the floor, keeping your torso straight and abs pulled in tight. Keep your knees behind your toes; make sure every thing is pointing in the same direction. Do not go lower than 90 degrees.
